Payment and Cancellation Policy
Cleaning charge All stays up to 1 week will incur a £40 cleaning fee, to be added to the rates quoted above
(for longer stays, frequency and charges to be confirmed on an individual stay basis)
Damages/breakages deposit There will also be a £150 damages/breakages deposit payable in advance and refunded at end of stay
Payment 25% deposit of rental cost is payable to confirm your booking. Remainder to be paid 6 weeks prior to the arrival date, including the cleaning fee and £150 breakages deposit - no reminder will be sent. For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival date, payment should be made in full at time of booking
Cancellation policy Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel your holiday more than 6 weeks before it is due to start, then your deposit will be forfeit. If you cancel less than 6 weeks before the holiday, then 50% of the full balance remains due and is not refundable (excluding cleaning fee and damage deposit).
We strongly advise guests to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover the event of cancellation. Covid-19: If the Government imposes a national or local lockdown that means your stay cannot go ahead on the booked dates, guests will be offered the choice of either transferring to another date or a refund of all monies paid
